FOR FOUNDERS

Make success transferable.

You can win business. The next challenge is helping other people win it without needing you in every important conversation.

01 /

Founder judgement is doing more work than the process.

You recognise a good opportunity quickly. You know when to change the story, challenge the buyer or bring a colleague into the room. Much of that judgement is invisible to the people you hire. A strong quarter can therefore coexist with a team that still needs the founder to make deals happen.

  • The founder joins most late-stage deals or rescues stalled opportunities.
  • New hires stay busy but struggle to reproduce early wins.
  • Customer requests pull the business into several different markets.
  • The hiring plan assumes a sales process that has not yet been demonstrated.

What we work on together.

We start with real deals and buyer decisions. We identify the situations in which you have a credible advantage, then unpack the judgement behind your wins. Together we turn that into scenario guides, useful qualification, buyer commitments and a coaching rhythm. Sellers practise on live opportunities while founder interventions remain visible.

The starting point is a focused conversation about the business, the available evidence and the decisions you need to make. We agree the scope and responsibilities before shaping the work.

What the team can take away.

  • A focused executable market and explicit exclusions.
  • Winning-scenario guides grounded in real customer evidence.
  • A record of founder interventions and the capabilities to transfer.
  • An evidence-based decision about the next commercial hire.

Deliverables are built around the constraint. Each should support a decision or an action, with an owner responsible for using and improving it.

How we judge progress.

The aim is to transfer judgement, not ask people to imitate your personality. Progress means another seller can recognise the situation, make sound decisions and move a comparable buyer forward. Revenue, economics and customer value still matter; independence alone is not enough.

The engagement can combine diagnosis, focused delivery and ongoing advisory. We review the evidence with you and adjust the work as the situation becomes clearer.
